What if I need Priority Service?

Rush Service is available to expedite your repair. Our Rush Service moves your repair to the front of the queue. We will make every effort to complete your repair as quickly as possible, but make no guarantees regarding Rush turnaround times. There is an additional fee charged for each Rush repair item. What is our warranty policy?

Technical Repair Solutions warrants its standard repairs and reconditioned units to be free from defective workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. For further Information please head over to our Warranty Page.


How do I approve a quote?

Quote approvals can be provided to Technical Repair Solutions by fax or email. We will not proceed with your repair until your approval is received. Please provide approval of your quotation as soon as possible to avoid delaying the repair of your item. We will send a quotation by fax or email for approval after we receive the item for repair. Each quote must be approved prior to the item being repaired. Quotes are not required.


How long will it take for my item(s) to be repaired?

Technical Repair Solutions is committed to providing customers with reliable, competitively priced, timely repairs. The average repair time for most repairs is less than 10 business days from approval. Expedited repairs or rush repairs are available. Please Contact Us.


What are Technical Repair Solutions’ Shipping Policies?

Freight, insurance, and handling charges are separate. U.S. Shipments from TRS are F.O.B. Indiana. TRS can ship on your UPS Acct#. Repairable items approved for repair and subsequently canceled with return request may be subject to work in progress (WIP) and may result in additional shipping charges.
