Technical Repair Solutions warrants its standard repairs and reconditioned units to be free from defective workmanship and materials under normal conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment.
To return an item for warranty consideration, contact Customer Service for an RMA number. You will need to provide your original invoice number. Once you receive your RMA number, please write this number and the word ‘WARRANTY’ on your packing slip, identifying the item as a warranty claim. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the item for warranty consideration.
Technical Repair Solutions warranty is void if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from an accident, abuse, “cannibalization” of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage or handling by the customer, degradation due to normal usage, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the identification sticker has been removed or altered in any manner.
Limited Liability: Technical Repair Solutions sole obligation for warranted units is Technical Repairs Solutions option to return the fees paid or repair/replace any defective Products, and in no event shall Technical Repair Solutions be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, shipping damages, any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential damages, expenses, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of any repair services or remanufactured goods of Technical Repair Solutions.
